With over 31 years of dedicated experience, I am a Family and Relationship Therapist committed to guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s most complex dynamics, conflicts, and healing journeys.
My practice is built on a deep belief in the power of unity, restoration, and human resilience. Specializing in relationship therapy, trauma, and family violence intervention, I provide a safe, compassionate, and grounded space where true healing can begin.
Effective therapeutic care requires a comprehensive perspective. Over three decades, I have built my practice upon three core pillars of expertise:
Psychology & Relationship Counselling: Helping couples and individuals uncover root patterns, rebuild trust, and cultivate healthy, lasting communication.
Child Education & Youth Development: Drawing on extensive experience in child support and youth work to advocate for the emotional well-being and voice of children during family transitions.
Dispute Resolution & Mediation: Formally trained to help families navigate high-conflict situations, stressful disputes, and relational restructuring with dignity and mutual respect.
Throughout my career, my guiding passion has always been simple: to unite and strengthen families. Whether you are working through deep-seated trauma, navigating high-stress life transitions, or seeking to reconnect fractured bonds, my goal is to equip you with the tools and safety needed to build a healthier, more peaceful future together.
At Mending Hearts, as we work to unite families and support our community from our foundation in Broadmeadows, we acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We recognise their deep, enduring connection to these lands and waters, and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and future.
